I heard green tea is good to wash your face with as well as scrub your face with coffee grounds. Anything else? What natural products can i use for skin care/ face and body?
You might want to try this remarkably effective treatment. It麓s simple, safe, low cost, and uses only natural products. It rejuvenates, tightens skin and noticeably lessens lines and wrinkles and other signs of aging and gives skin a radiant healthy glow. Also is a permanent cure of many skin conditions. See my many Best Answers ';Skin Conditions'; Many report it's effectiveness after lack of success with many commercial products and other home cure treatments.
Many skin problems and skin aging are caused by the countless harmful and chemical ingredients in soaps, face cleaners and nearly all other cosmetic products. Do an online search ';Soaps, face cleaners harmful?'; and ';Cosmetic products harmful?';. Use only mild, safe products that skin specialists recommend.
TREATMENT: Massage with a quite vigorous motion - you will find you can make it more vigorous as you progress -. using a natural oil - olive, coconut, vitamin E oils work really well. The massaging friction hastens a new clear, blemish free skin to emerge. Initially, skin has to adjust and if soreness or other reactions happen - stop and` resume when you can. You will see very noticeable results in a few days and day by day even better results. You will not need to use any other product or treatment ever again - not even moisturizers. Only unhealthy skins need constant moisturizing.
If applied and massaged into the body you will also get the same benefits and healing of skin conditions. Try it you will be happy that you did.

I havnt heard much about those 2 tea tree oil is a good one i have lots of homemade scrubs and masks email me if youd like and let me know your skin type and preference and ill send you lots of remedies
Green tea is excellent.
I buy the St Ives apricot scrub (it isnt all natural though, its got aspirin in it).
Use witch hazel as a toner. its an awesome astringent. I add a couple of drops of tea trea extract, but also oil of oregeno or green tea would work. it also works good on its on.
I use a green tea moisteriser (go to a local natural supplements store or make your own as long as you use a good moisteriser as a base). Green tea really hydrates the skin among other things.
If you have acne, I make myself several different masks:
Egg whites with lemon juice
Just lemon juice.
Oatmeal.
Tomatoes are good for your acne as well, or cucumbers for your eyes. I suggest play around with the ingredients for a while to see what you like, but definately try some witch hazel! (you can get it in the first aid isle usually near calamine lotion)
Beautiful skin is possible but one important component is good internal health. Make a point of eating really healthy, and cutting out the junk, sugars etc, it helps a lot. I've experimented with various products and I find if you break open a vitamin E capsule and spread it around daily that helps and use some zinc cream also.
