What can be done about skin rejuvenation as i have acne marks (not many) but some, how do i get rid of them.

Is there something that can speed/assist rejuvenation process?

I invite your answersSkin care?
excellent aids for skin repair are omega 3 oils that you may purchase at your local health food store.

please talk with their person behind the counter, they will help advise you in the right direction.

taking vitamin E, flax seed oil and fish oils really do help regenerate healthy skin growth.Skin care?
A healthy diet with lots of water will help keep you skin looking good. For old scarring, there are laser treatments, etc through your dermatologist or special skin care products. My personal fav is the Isomers Brand which I get through shopnbc.com. Good Luck
i used to get really flaky and oily skin on my face i recently went to the lancome counter in a debenhams and spoke to the lady there i bought some cleanser toner and moisturiser it was quite expensive but i swear to god i am looking radiant!!! seriously it works just speak to someone they will help just save up (it cost me 拢63)
you can use vitamin E oil I had a scar from an accident on my arm I used vit E oil its nearly gone now takes a bit of time but it will clear. Take it orally and rub some on the scars u dont need much. Another good product u can rub in is Bio oil. Or as others have advised laser treatment it can b costly but if u go 2 your GP n tell them its ruining your life you mybe able to get it on the NHS worth a try .
You can have laser treatment to remove acne scars if they are too bad, maybe go to your doc and state how depressed you are about them, they may refer you to the hospital and you may be entitled to having it done under the NHS.
WATER, WATER, WATER. take some vitamin e capsules to keep a nice balance in your skin and some coco butter (the emollient base) is really good for the blending in of scar marks. and like i said WATER,WATER,WATER. when it comes to caring for your body there is no such thing as too much water. you will be amazed at the difference u can see in just a week. also try to keep you skin very clean cleanse once in the morning and once in the evening get a light moisturizer according to your skin type and have a steam (face over hot water towel over your head) at least once a week to help it breathe.

keep clean, moisturize and drink lots of water.
oranges can also help
