What's a good lifetime skin care routine to keep wrinkles away and keep healthy?

:)

I'm 18, but I want to get in the habit so I will have nice skin for life. What's a good lifetime skin care routine to keep wrinkles away and keep healthy?
I have had truly remarkable success massaging with essential oils. They not only permanently healed my many skin conditions but gave me an unbelievably flawless, healthy, vibrant and young looking skin. I am often thought to be many years younger.

Oils feed and nourish skin vital nutrients that benefit it in countless ways. Massaging quite vigorously will quickly tighten and firm and give you a vibrant, glowing skin .There is no skin pulling or stretching if first tighten by opening mouth 3/4'; and pull lips firmly back against teeth. Doing this and the massage exercises and conditions many of face and neck muscles - thus combating their weakening with age that leads to loose, sagging skin and then wrinkles and lines. Do forward and back massage. Circular is not effective

In first few days skin will visibly tighten, look and feel smoother and it will start to glow and look totally revitalized and rejuvenated

I had great success with olive, almond and grape seed oils - they are suitable for all skin types and are perfect, natural moisturizers - many moisturizing products harm and age. Only remove any excess by splashing and dab drying with tissues.

Many sunscreens harm skin. Avoid by applying on TOP of oil. Surprisingly, it is equally effective, and there is no skin contact. I am often in intense sun for many hours and am totally protected - even using just spf 15.

Review some of my many other answers for detailed specific treatments that greatly prevent wrinkles and can remove or greatly lessen existing ones
