wash your face with a gentle cleanser in the morning and at night.

then use a toner to close pores.

and moisturize.

2 times a day

and you should see results instantly.

i recommend cetaphil gentle skin cleanser, clean and clear toner and nivea tinted moisturizer.

also drink lots of water! What is the best face and skin care routine?
i use a roll on for my face called zineryt, i got it from my doctors because i kept moaning about the odd spot! haha but that really is a life saver.. even if you dont have acne your doctor will help :).. i also use normal things u will find lying around in the house like savlon, vaseline and toothpaste, before i go to bed and wash it of in the morning that really helps especially toothpaste because it helps your pores...and my favourite face washes are clean and clear exfoliater and cream wash :):)

hope tht helps

I've been using MaryKay for 13 years and love it. I look younger than my 42 years and I know I do because I'm always told that I do. I use their make-up too and it lasts forever. And, most importantly, when you buy it, if you don't like it or it doesn't work for you, you can return it for a full refund unlike Lancome or Estee Lauder or Clinique. Just try it.
I use the Clinique 3-step system. It really works! I saw improvements within 3 days! Now I can go out foundation-free.

The first step is to remove all makeup and then wash your face with the Clinique Liquid Facial Soap - Mild. Then you rinse your face off and pat it dry with a soft towel.

The second step is to get a cotton ball and put some Clinique Clarifying Lotion on it (get the kind for your skin type, either 1, 2, 3, or 4...you can take the skin type test online @ clinique.com or at the Clinique counter/store). Then you rub the cotton ball around your face and neck. A slight tingling feeling (it doesn't hurt!) shows you that it's working. This step really makes a difference.

Lastly, you apply Clinique Dramatically Different Moisturizing Lotion on your face. Don't use too much or your skin will feel oily.

This really does make a difference for clearer skin!! Trust me!!!!
Each day in the morning and at night use Equate Oil Free Acne Wash. This is what I use instead of Neutrogena because if you look on the ingredients all of them are the same and Equate is like 3 dollars cheaper. It leaves my skin feeling like a babies butt, and leaves money in my pocket.
1.Lotion at night

2.Gentle wash in the morning.

3.Acne pads in the afternoon

4.Scrub in the shower(not recommended for everyday, just once every other day)

5. Once a week do the Biore nose strips to remove blackhears. The have one for the forehead too.

I swear by Neutrogena and Biore products.
~always take makeup off and be sure to moisturize before going to bed.

~wash your face when you wake up, and wait at least 20 minutes before applying any makeup.

~use toners and masks less often, only when you feel it's necessary.
use a cleanser, toner, and exfoliater...followed by a moisturizer. Try using the Velocity cleanser from Mary Kay. It is a cleanser, toner, exfoliater all in one. And then use the moisturizer after
Buy a herbal soap. put it on your face every morning. or you could put avocado on your face, leave it there for a while then rinse it off. put a lot of lotions on your face
1. Cleanse.

2. Tone.

3. Moisturise. :)
cleanse with a good cleanser eg clarins, then use toner, then use a serum eg no7 beauty serum then mosituriser!
Proactiv is the best thing to use.

It'll clear up your skin FAST, and make it smooth.
neutrogena black head remover for everyday use is great.
